Shipping

We will use UPS to deliver your goods between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and a signature will be required.

Shipping costs are free for orders over £250 and are charged at £10 for orders under this amount.

Delivery:

Deliveries as usually made within 7-10 days of ordering been received.
Sometimes an item may be out of stock and delivery times will be longer. We will contact you if this is the case.

Items for specialist items- usually ordered from the Enerdis Power and Measurement section, are generally made to measure items and delivery times therefore increase to approx 4 weeks.

All damages must be reported within 3 working days to our customer service team on 01924 460494, and within 10 days of receipt of invoice in the case of loss in transit.

Any incorrect items must be reported within 1 week.
